Sometimes one image symbolises what you feel most deeply.  Watching this lady’s stillness, gazing out to sea, struck a chord with me.  Whenever I feel troubled or want to clear my mind, a walk along the Southsea seafront, revitalises me.  Some people feel an affinity with mountains, others with a desert.  With me, it’s the sea.  Every time.
